RETURNS

All Closeout Sales and all Custom-Ordered Sales are final.  

 

On Sale Items that are not Custom or on Closeout can be returned to the store within 20 days of purchase for refund or exchange.  

 

All Regularly-Priced items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.  

 

If an item is broken in delivery, immediately contact us by phone or email to arrange a refund and return pickup of the item.

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Currently, we only ship internationally to APO addresses.  We proudly support our U.S. Military and their families.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If an item is broken during delivery, we will pay to have the item shipped back to us and will coordinate with you to arrange the shipment.  Contact us immediately upon discovering the damage and we will provide you with instructions.  

If you change your mind about your item after delivery and want to return it, you can ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice.  Upon receipt of the item, we will issue your refund of the purchase price.

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships by USPS.  It can then be tracked from your computer.  If you have questions about the status of your order prior to shipping, please call or email us and we will give you a status update.  Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days of your order.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We ship everything through the United States Postal Service.  We charge a flat-rate fee for most orders and select items have a "Free Shipping" code that you can enter on checkout to waive the shipping fee for the order.
